How much time do I need to spend?

At this point you may be asking 'How much time do I need to dedicate to the CIP once I enroll?'. As a rule of thumb, you should be dedicating 2 hours per week towards your goals. If you can do more - that's awesome - but each course will take about 2 hours (on average) to complete and to do the corresponding action steps in a timely manner. However, the CIP understands that you are unique and therefore may trend more than or less than 2 hours per week. That is perfectly fine as long as you are making steady progress!

How much does the program cost?

Each course is self-contained in that you can make progress (in time, money, and/or joy gains) as a result of taking just one course!
